Mother’s Day 2010

Since today is Mother’s Day I wanted to write a little post about my mom—the “Holden” in our “Holden-Corbett.”  When I talked with her today she was visiting Grandfather and helping him around the house and in the garden.  Before that she was staying with Leah, Walter and Sylvie and helping out there.  When she’s not traveling to St. Joe or Madison, much of her time is spent volunteering at church or advising and comforting the rest of us over the phone.  Mom, I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done over the years.

While scrolling through some old pictures I found a few that I wanted to share.  These are great, and they show the joy and love Mom has in everything she does.  We could all take a lesson from her kind heart and enthusiastic spirit.  Love you Mom!
